This house is located on 4th avenue, 2nd street, precisely on the west side of where the house of Don Alberto Chaverri previously mentioned used to be. Today it does not present the appearance of the drawing, since the property has been fragmented by reason of being of several owners; it has suffered obvious damage from carelessness and negligence, as well as the passing of the years.
